WHICH PERSONAL DATA ARE PROCESSED?
Because you visit the website and / or fill out a contact form or a contract, your personal data is processed: first and last name, sex, date of birth, address, phone number, e-mail address, information about your activities on the website and bank account.
WHY ARE THEY REQUESTED?
To contact you and to be able to provide services. I use your name and contact details to maintain contact and to inform you about relevant matters. Your data is also processed to send newsletters or otherwise inform you about my business activities, and to analyze visitor behavior to improve the website. Your data is needed and processed when you request a quote, sign up for a newsletter, if you buy a product or a service, and if you have an intake interview.
If you sign up for the newsletter, I will only use your information for that purpose. If you sign up for an activity or use the contact form on the website, I will use your email address or telephone number to contact you.
IS YOUR DATA SHARED WITH THIRD PARTIES?
Yes, only if this is necessary due to a legal obligation or a legitimate interest such as reasonable business operations:

In the case of an ongoing contractual relationship, the data will have to stay available until the expiry of that relationship.
